our stay at ledges was delightful! the views of the falls from our queen room were breathtaking. we loved the friendly staff, who made everything feel welcoming. a quick hike to shuman's point was nearby, and we enjoyed our breakfast at the coffee shop, which was much better than the buffet at settler's inn. perfect getaway for a couple!

I enjoyed the breakfast at Café Cocoon, especially the fresh croissants. The staff stood out. Barb and Jasmine provided a warm welcome every time I walked in. My room was clean and cozy, with soft sheets that felt luxurious. I had minor issues with noise from the restaurant below, especially in the morning when people were arriving. My shower had some dated fixtures that could use an update. Despite these inconveniences, the overall atmosphere felt like a hidden gem. I can't wait to come back in the summer to see more of what this place has to offer.

We had a great time with friends at this beautiful hotel! We enjoyed visiting the Dorflinger Factory Museum. The rooms were comfortable, and the views were stunning. The waterfall behind the hotel is perfect for relaxing. Just a heads up for future guests, some rooms can be a bit noisy, so consider requesting a quieter area if that matters to you. Overall, definitely recommend it.

Unfortunately, we had some issues with the room on our first night. The AC quit working and we were told it was our fault, which was frustrating. While they offered a fan, it was still a disappointing experience to deal with.

We had a wonderful stay with our child at this hotel. The friendly staff, especially Barb, made us feel so welcome throughout our visit.

In my kids’ opinion, having more activities for children would be great.
